Eating an Entire Bag of Snack Cheese: Pros and Cons

Pros

Cheese is delicious.

The bag contains both mild cheddar and Monterey Jack cubes, and variety is the spice of life.

Each cube is bite size, so I can eat as a type.

The texture of cheese is superior to the texture of Cheez-Its.

They are Kroger brand, and I got a discount with my Kroger card. (Economically sound).

I could be eating entire cakes or smoking crack rocks instead.

Cheese, being a dairy product, contains calcium.

Cons

Although the purchase was economically sound, eating the entire bag is not when they were meant to last the week.

I may never poop again.

“But we got bills to pay, we got nothing figured out”

I’m still alive, just taking a little break from blogging. I’ll get back on the ball next week or so!

I’ve been having fun with friends and enjoying fall in (still hot) Georgia. The month of October has been really busy but so much fun. I can already tell that this is a time in my life I’m going to look back on fondly.

I’ve been listening to a lot of T Swift too. Don’t hate.

Glee Love

Here are the original versions of my favorite songs from last night’s episode of Glee. Enjoy!

(P.S. Isn’t Babs gorgeous in this video?)

…I know that the original female part was sung by Kiki Dee, but this Miss Piggy version was too precious to pass up sharing with y’all.

What did you think of last night’s episode? Are there any duets you wish they’d covered?

Music Monday

My favorite song, hands-down.

“Golden” My Morning Jacket

watchin’ a stretch of road
miles of light explode
driftin’ off a thing
i’d never done before

watchin’ a crowd roll in
out go the lights, it begins
a feelin’ in my bones
i never felt before

people always told me
that bars are dark & lonely
and talk is often cheap & filled with air
sure, sometimes it thrilled me
but nothin’ could ever chill me
like the way they make the time
just disappear

feelin’ you here again
hot on my skin again
feelin’ good
a thing i’d never known before

what does it mean to feel
millions of dreams come real
a feelin’ in my bones
i’d never felt before

and you always told me
no matter how long it holds me
if it falls apart or makes us millionaires
you’ll be right here forever
we’ll go through this thing together
and on heaven’s golden shore
we’ll lay our heads

Miner for a heart of gold

“Heart of Gold,” Neil Young

I wanna live

I wanna give

I’ve been a miner for a heart of gold

It’s these expressions I never give

That keep me searchin’ for a heart of gold

And I’m gettin’ old

Keeps me searchin’ for a heart of gold

And I’m gettin’ old.

I’ve been to Hollywood

I’ve been to Redwood

I crossed the ocean for a heart of gold

I’ve been in my mind

It’s such a fine line

That keeps me searchin’ for a heart of gold

And I’m gettin’ old

Keeps me searchin’ for a heart of gold

And I’m gettin’ old

Keep me searchin’ for a heart of gold

Ya keep me searchin’ and I’m growin’ old

Keep me searchin’ for a heart of gold

I’ve been a miner for a heart of gold
